Thanks for the good adive :) I've been running since I was a kid with my mom and what I found that helps is stretching after the run, or after a warmup, and taking epsom salt baths. I have never been much of a run-walker, but I will try it.

Sounds like a great challenge, just be careful not to hurt yourself. It is important to listyen to your body, somedays you may need to walk instead of run. I only say this because I recently increased my running and I'm now having some hip and knee pain from over stressing the joints.

I like to run early in the morning but haven't been very consistent so I'm challenging myself! I'm doing it as a study in discipline and to build a new healthy habit. And because I love to run and I really miss it.

Join me and compete with yourself.

Wake up and go for a run for 30 days, 6 days a week with one rest day of early morning runs, for however long and far you want.
I start tomorrow morning! August 20 - September 18th
