Your job keeps you in motion, and that's good, but that kind of daily motion is a marker of how active a lifestyle you have and not really a marker of exercise. True exercise will require some intensity, because your optimal calorie burn will occur when your heart rate is elevated. Constant movement at your job is not really aerobic exercise because your heart is likely acclimated to that activity level, so it's not really working harder to accommodate your motion.
