I use Runkeeper, which I love! It's available for both Android and iPhone, and can track cycling, as well as running and walking (and other activities, too, though I think you have to enter other things manually).

Google has one called My Tracks. It is basic and super accurate. Gives you your average speed/max speed, etc. plus how long you walked. It is GPS based and will also track where you have walked/run. It has the ability to sync with Google Drive if you want.
I also use MapMyWalk. Also GPS based. You can pre-plan routes and find routes. www.mapmywalk.com
On my sister's iphone, I use Moves which I also like. It runs in the background and tracks movements and steps :-)
