I do! My rule is that I can only watch that show or movie while I'm on working out (basically whatever I have on Netflix). Right now I am watching the first season of Witches of East End - I love the soapy goodness. I want to see another episode, so I know I have a 45 minute walk/jog to do so I can watch it!
If I'm just doing steady state workouts, then I watch stuff from Netflix. Currently, though, I'm using the programmed sessions, so I gotta stay focused, as I just never know what the next level will toss my way!
I did watch tv when I walked on my treadmill at home. If you do, I would be careful (as you progress with your walking) to pay attention to your pace. Make sure you increase it as walking gets easier for you.
Never let success go to your head, and never let failure go to your heart.
Make time, or make excuses. The choice is yours.
