If you have a smartphone you could also try using one of those map my walk type apps during your longer walks and those will keep track of time and distance for you, which would allow you to enter the manual calories for those separate from the calories for all walking that are on your pedometer. Alternatively, if you can't use an app, you can just map the route online and track your time while walking, then figure it out that way.

I think your best bet would be to use the step/mileage tracker and then input the calories burned under the manual "enter your own exercise" option if you're looking to input calorie burn as well as tracking distance.
Note: I would really only do this If you are only using the pedometer for specific exercise-type walking, ie: you only clip it on if you plan to be doing more than just walking around the house or down the hall at work. Those steps count toward your daily 10,000 goal, but I don't think they count toward a calorie-burn goal because it's not really exercise, it's more like daily activity, if that makes sense.

Coach Jen, I am using the step tracker but I am doing the 10,000 steps a day, which means 24 hours.
My pedometer, which is clip on, only shows: steps, miles, and calories burned for 24 HOURS, not a specific NUMBER OF MINUTES.
I would like to see a tracker just for those that are doing 10,000 steps daily goal, because there are a LOT OF US that cannot put in time because what we do is for 24 hours.
So this is what I would like to see on a 10,000 step goal: A TRACKER THAT DOES ONLY; steps, miles, and calories burned, and PLEASE LEAVE OUT THE TIME.
My pedometer only has just those: STEPS, MILES, and CALORIES burned just from the steps that I do all day. I know that may others that do the 10,000 steps daily goal, or more would appreciate it as well.
Can this be included? or can someone on spark administration do this for us?

I guess I'm a little confused by your question. Are you looking for a way to input the steps you log each day ? If so, when you log your activity in the SP activity tracker under my fitness, there is a tab for MILEAGE. Under mileage, you can track by either the number of steps you do each day or the number of miles.
Yes, you would have to input this information yourself each day. Spark People does have software that will allow a member to sync information from a Fitbit or a Spark Activity Tracker. If you have an older pedometer, then no there isn't a way to get it to sync.
If you're not on the computer every day, that's still not a problem. What you do is write down your steps/mileage each day. Then when you do have access to a computer, you log them in then.
