I would recommend checking your manual to be sure what exactly all those numbers are supposed to mean.

I just bought one of these things and ended up resting it but it says 475 in my calorie consumption counter. Is that how many calories I have burned? or does it mean something totally different?. it also shows I have 25G fat burn. anyone know what what this means at all. I'm new to these things so ya lol. It makes a really nice watch to!
