yes u can but remember you can't out train a poor diet. also strength training is so important too.

Sure, you can do cardio 6 days a week, but keep in mind that it's not going to speed up your weight loss process.

When it comes to gaining or losing weight, what matters most is what we eat. Good nutrition and portion control take off the weight. Exercise keeps our bodies fit. In short, you can't outrun a bad diet with exercise. if you want to lose weight, you need to eat right and watch your portions first. If you want to be fit, you exercise.

Also, what are you doing for strength training ? Don't neglect your strength. Adding lean muscle will give your body some definition as well as help you take off the inches. So, do make sure that you're doing some strength training and some cardio. don't favor the cardio over the strength. you need both to be healthy.

Is it ok to do cardio 6 days a week? I feel good and I don't have any pain.
