I started a training program and have been kind of drained, so I haven't been gotten any strength training in the past month, I have been getting cardio because it is a 25 minutes walk to the bus stop, so I don't really have a choice on that one.
Today I decided to do strength training because it was my day off and I really have lost strength this past month. I was at the point before where I was considering buying 10 pound weights, now the 8 pound weights were definitely enough.
I guess I learned that if I want to keep my strength, I have to keep using it.
