Melissa West with Namaste Yoga has TONS of free videos online and they are easy to follow. She seems a little flakey, but I like her because it's not just the moves, but also why you are doing it that way and about the actual practice, which i find interesting. Look her up!

I use to like occasionally doing yoga at the gym, but me and my hubby never went consistently enough to justify the cost, so we dropped the membership. I try to get outside and do some cardio a few days a week, but did always enjoy yoga and would like to start doing it at home. Any recommendations?
