I'm about a few weeks old to Sparkpeople and its respective app. Having done a calorie counting program last year, daily swimming regime, and quitting smoking, I lost a lot of weight. Then I injured my shoulder, needed surgery, and I'm still in recovery. I have a bad back so here are my exercise options: swimming and walking.
Recently purchasing a pedometer (following the advice from a friend), I programmed it and configured it to track my daily steps in order to burn at least 500 calories/day.
My pedometer measures: steps, distance, and max calories burned (based on steps, distance, stride).
On Sparkpeople.com, I found the place where I can track steps, miles, etc. On the Android app, there is nothing like that that I can find under "Track Exercise".
Am I missing something? I can't always get to a computer to enter this information.
