I've given jogging a try and I think I would rather focus on fast walking.
There are a bunch of programs on the internet to move people into running, but I could not find any on how to increase walking pace.
Do you have any suggestions?
This is what I was thinking:
Since I will do some workouts on the treadmill, I will do an 'easy' pace for 2 minutes and a 'fast' pace for 3. Then I'll increase the pace over time. Next I will do the easy pace for 1 minute and the fast pace for 4. Eventually I'll cut out the 1 minute rests and go at the fast pace for 40 minutes.
How does that sound?
