A lot of people have joints that pop/crack/etc. As long as you're not having pain along with it, they are probably fine. If you find that you have pain with it or get concerned, then it would be a good idea to check with your doctor about it.

Hope that helps!

What does your doctor say about it?

Why does my right ankle pop when I use the elliptical? It doesn't hurt. Should I be concerned or just keep going? Sometimes it will pop with every step.
