I jump every other day. The reason I don't say jump rope, as I do not use a rope, but instead jump with my fist in front of my face, and the same thing when I squat, but when I lunge it is in a hands open wrestler style in front of my face.

Thank you for the link. I will take a look at it- even though I am not a woman. I would imagine with absolute certainty that it applies to adult, as well as children it makes sense with good reason, and is about the best exercise anyone can do for themselves to be fit. The breath alone that it requires one to focus on is crucial to one being able to handle things with ease in one's daily life that would otherwise greatly test one's physical/mental, and emotional ability.

Stay motivated.

Attach a big dream to a small beginning, and it won't be small for too long.
