How did you like it? I've been doing Farrell's since March, and I am in the best shape of my life.

Hello, Lara !

I have never used Farrell's extreme bodyshaping. Before you sign up, you should look for coupons. I happened to find a groupon 50% off offer for Des Moines. Look for a groupon near your home town.

that's if you decide to do this program.

Here's what I have learned from my own years of yo yo dieting and now years of maintaining my own weight loss.

When it comes to losing weight, what matters most is what we eat. Good nutrition and portion control are what take the weight off and keep it off. Exercise is what keeps our bodies fit. In short, you can't outrun a bad diet with exercise. If you want to lose the weight and keep it off, you have to learn to eat right and watch your portions.

Anyone who sticks to a program can lose weight. The problem is whether or not the program is sustainable. Will you give up later if the program is too strict ? What tends to happen is we all get gung ho at the beginning of a program, but as the weeks wear on and we don't see progress, we assume something must be wrong and we give up.

Are you ready to invest in yourself ? If you spend the money, will you go ? That's the real question. Because many people start a program only to end up quitting a few weeks later. Is this program something you can sustain once the 10 week period is over ? Because if you don't think you'll stick it out, save your money.

It seems that many people have tried many exercise plans out there, just wondering if anyone has done Farrell's? I start towards the end of June in the A.M. it will be a journey, I am sure.

If you have completed the 10 week course, tell me what you think and if there are any pointers or tips out there? I am really looking forward to losing weight since I am barely able to lose 5lbs for the life of me.

Thanks in advance!
