I'm starting week 3 today. I haven't had movement on the scale since week one or in my measurements but oddly my clothes are fitting better. I've been semi vigilant with food. I have kept loose track of calories in my head and stayed away from doing anything too crazy with food. I am sure if I was more vigilant on the food, maybe something would show on the scale but I feel like as a female, the scale is so fickle and doesn't like to show me my results as they happen. (I hate the scale! It always catches up eventually but for whatever reason, it takes it's time to show results). Anywho.... I'm feeling good and I'm happy with the purchase so far! We'll be out of town next week and I can pretend I'll have a chance to do it but we all know I won't so I'll pick up week 4 after a week off so maybe I'll be caught up with one of you guys to be in the same phase!!
cool! did you like it? I am having to do the modifier girl and it's kicking my ass. I am starting week 2 today. believe it or not, I didn't have 25 minutes yesterday when I was supposed to do it. I'm going to try to work it around to where my 2 days off are during the week. keep me in mind and let me know how it's going :) I think it will help keep me excited about it if I have someone to talk about it with.
I have a 7 week old and a 2 year old - I'm trying to shed the pregnancy weight to get back into my clothes asap. My husband and I bought T25. We did the kickstart last week and week 2 starts today or tomorrow. I'm looking for people to friend who are anywhere in the program to keep motivated and to share successes - who is in with me???
