If you're interesting in learning strength training, I highly recommend that you buy this book, Body For Life by Bill Phillips. It's an excellent beginner level strength training book that will teach you the basics.
If you do a search on YOUTUBE for beginner strength training workouts, several hundred will show up. What's best for you ? I don't know. You'll have to watch a few to see which ones best suit your needs.
For now, you might check out this 20 minute beginner workout from Bob Harper. It's a basic routine someone in reasonably good health should be able to do. If there are things you can't do, modify where you need to.
