The closer you are to your goal weight, the slower you're going to lose. So if you only have 2 pounds to lose, it could come off very slowly. It's not surprising that you aren't seeing a change on the scale after just one week.

As long as you're eating in the calorie range your SP program suggests, you should be on the right track. I would also recommend having your body fat tested, since that's a better indicator of health vs. a number on the scale or BMI. Most gyms offer this test for a small fee.

Hope that helps,

No, don't worry about it. Just eat what you need. You'd be surprised that for most people, a week off the wagon actually doesn't change much, as long as you get back on right away!

I was wondering if anyone could help me

I have recently achieved my goal weight and am maintaining with a BMI of 19.1. However i decided that i would like to lose 2 pounds as I'm going on holiday soon and will most likely gain a few

I've been creating a deficit each week. eating 1200 calories and burning 300 but am not losing anything emoticonin fact today i gained slightly

I've only been doing this for a week but am concerned I'm doing more damage than good
Should i eat back the calories I'm burning? my maintanance is between 1400-1600
