I do some light cardio ,about 20-25 mins on elliptical or treadmill, after I lift weights on those three days. So would running at the park twice a week plus that little cardio after weights be enough?

For most people, weight loss is 80% nutrition, and just 20% exercise. I may be reading more into your words than is warranted (in which case I apologize), but this is more significant than just "keep on a good diet". Exercise is great for staying healthy, but nutrition has to do most of the heavy lifting in terms of fat loss.
Your exercise program ticks most of the boxes for a healthy lifestyle - at least 3 cardio workouts per week, and strength training to maintain muscle and prevent injury. Perhaps add something light like going for a 20 minute walk on your non-workout days?
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
As long as you're targeting your major muscle groups at least twice a week and you're not doing workouts on back to back days, then your strength training should be fine. From the schedule you outlined below, it sounds like you might be doing strength workouts two days in a row, which you wouldn't want to do. When you strength train you make tiny tears in your muscle fibers which need time to rest and repair. When they repair, that's how you gain strength.
I would recommend increasing the cardio to 3-4 times per week (just for overall health) unless your strength workouts have some kind of cardio component in them (like circuit training.)
Also keep in mind that the majority of your weight loss progress comes from diet, not exercise.
Hope that helps,

Hello, I was curious as to whether I am working out enough to lose body fat.
On Tuesdays I usually go for a jog for about 3 miles in the morning before school. I workout again on Thursdays, I go for another jog in the morning about the same and then after work (around 9 pm) I go and lift weights at my gym. Then Friday thru Sunday, Ill pick two of those days to go to the gym and lift weights, depending on my social plans for the weekend and how much homework I have.
So in total I jog twice 3 plus miles twice a week and weight train three times a week, and I get three days of rest through the week, which are usually Mondays and Wednesdays and then one day on the weekends(Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Should this be enough to help me lose weight as long I keep on a good diet?
