Yes, it would be a good idea to add weights to your workout too to make sure you have a well-rounded program that challenges your muscles.

Thank you for the advice. Would it be a good idea to use free weights to workout also? I've heard mixed things that the aeropilates is not good enough alone just for strength training.

For tracking that, you can use the pilates entry for the Aeropilates workouts and if you type rebound into the search, there is a trampoline entry that includes rebounding that you can use.

Generally, you want to strength train 2-3 days a week, giving your muscles at least 1-2 days of rest before working the same muscle group again. So if you want to do a full body workout, you certainly can, but just make sure you are allowing enough rest time before working them again. An example of this would be if you were doing a full body workout 3 days a week, you would do it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - giving you a day of rest between workouts. You are welcome to do a different schedule, but it's important that you have the 1-2 days of rest in between.

Hope that helps!

Hi everyone, I'm trying to come up with an exercise program for myself and am getting a little confused. How often should I be doing care, and strength training? Also I have an aeropilates machine with the rebounder. What do I count what I do on the machine towards? Is it okay to work my arms, legs, or abs on there and do a full body workout? I'd appreciate any help.
