I need some suggestions on exercises I can do that don't require me to get on the floor. I had knee surgery a few years ago and if I get on the floor it will take me forever to get up. I know once I start loosing weight it will be easier but for now I don't want to get on the floor. I am walking at least 1/2 3-4 days a week. But I want something I can do at home.
