I'm not sure about that machine, but for cardio walking is a low impact option and swimming is a no impact option that you may want to consider. For strength training, this article offers some suggestions: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_artic

.

If you continue to have trouble with your knee(s) though, it would be a good idea to see a doctor and possibly get a referral to a physical therapist so they can work specifically with you and give you a safe program to follow.

Hi Folks

I'm looking at new exercise options as I have a bad knee so running is now out. I want something I don't need a gym to do. I recently saw a commercial for a Aero pilates xp exercise machine on TV. It looked impressive but I am always wary of these TV ads as they seem to be to good to be true. So I am looking for real people feedback on this machine. Please can you let me know if you have info on this machine or anything else I could try to get the exercise I need to lose weight. Thanks in advance emoticon

Cheers
SallyJ
