I've done the 1st 2 days so far, it's tough. There is a modifier though, even for push-ups, which Jillian Michaels doesn't give you. I try to do the whole video w/out the modifier, but I have to after awhile. My 6yr old is "doing" them with me, as well as he can. :) I would suggest if you do get it, maybe watch them before you do them. I didn't know all the moves & some of them can be kind of tricky if you're immediately familiar with them. My favorite part is that they're only 25mins, but I work so much harder than I ever did in an hr+ at the gym. I'm breathing hard & sweating not 5mins in. It comes with a meal plan, but I'm not following it since I would end up having to cook 2 different meals a day. I've done that before, and it's just not reasonable for me. Also, if you have bad knees/feet, there is a lot of jumping & work on your toes. My DH was going to do them with me as support, but he has foot problems, and b/c of that he can't do them.
I do like it. There's a lady on there that does the modifier for each workout so if you have bad knees, get winded quickly, etc, you can keep up with her. Do a search on the exercise board "T25" and you'll find other entries.
