Hi Coach Jen-
Thanks, it does make sense. That's what I'll do.
Best,
Regina

Hi Regina

Welcome to the site! You'd need to track the intervals separately. So if your workout had a total of 5 minutes at a certain speed and 5 minutes at another speed, I'd those in as 2 entries.

Hope that helps,

Coach Jen

Hi All-
My name is Regina and this is my first full day on SP. I love HIIT, and use the Lose The Belly Fat program from intervaltraining.net. My question is how do you log your activity in the fitness tracker?
Thanks!
