Suffer from Fybro , Costochondritis, thyroid, anxiety, and hypochondriac ...
I have always been an active person ...always worked out in some form ..in the last few years I have been on and off ...now I have been off for sometime ..most of the winter due to illness and pain management. I am now ready to get back into it and I just need some advise .
I know how and what works and doesn't. ...
No Gym - Because I have kids and their activities ..I don't have the extra income either
No Running - Because of my joint pain advised against it .
I do love to walk and speed walk ....
My best time of the day to do this is first thing in the morning or lunch hour
I love beginners booty camp
I just feel so unhealthy and want to get back into the swing of things ....I JUST don't know how to start ...I was thinking about starting tomorrow morning instead of taking the street car to my office I would walk from the subway ...if it is not cold or raining ...
Any suggestions ...I would love a program to follow ...but since I have always been active I don't know if I should do beginners or intermediate ...
Any suggestions ...I want to look and feel great again ...pls still have to lose 5 pds .
