Planks are pretty much one of the best core exercises you can do. Start on your knees if you can't hold it on your toes.

I'm back again for one last newbie question. Do you guys have any great core exercises or exercises I should try for my core strength? I had a c-section 2 1/2 years ago and I can't do crunches anymore but I want to work on my core. I've been overcompensating and I'm starting to get muscle pains in other large muscles emoticon
