I bought a 30lb kettlebell for fitness & weight loss. Coach Youtube tells me that swings, goblet squats & deadlifts are excellent exercises. Keeping mind my age is 60 & just starting out on the road back to fitness i have a question about kettlebell deadlifts:
Now although a 30lb KB is ample for squats & swings it seems a bit lite-on for exercise with deadlifts. What is the normal approach to "deadlifting" - plenty of lifting with lighter weights or fewer lifts with a heavier weight?
