I found that the Spark People tracker is enough for me and was a great price.
At one point I was looking into some of the ones that track sleep, but that feature isn't necessarily all it seems. I found a number of great articles that made me think twice about really tracking sleep via such devices as trackers.
You are on a good track, just keep looking at which devices have the features you want for the price you want and make sure the reviews give you confidence. Check reviews at various places to get a good mix.
Never discourage anyone who makes continual progress, no matter how slow.
So I've been looking at fitness bands to help me see my progress in day to day life a little better. I want one that tracks everything, sleep, steps, calories, heart rate, and that i can ware while I swim.
I've been reading reviews on some of the top rated ones. The Vivo Fit at a glance seemed perfact, but in the reviews the device falls off constantly. Bad for someone who works in a dog daycare. Also the BIG thing that worries me is that it may not sync to my Samsung S3.
The Carbon Steel 2014 edition seemed promising but its not waterproof. Perhaps I am being to picky. Please if there is anyone out there who can help it would be greatly appreciated.
