thanks Jen, all good suggestions that i will happily follow up on. i am currently in physical and occupational therapy but like working all the rest of the days - i do bring some of their exercises home and do them so that i am always improving to move on up. once again, thanks so much for your feedback i appreciate it!
Are you currently doing any strength training? I would recommend asking your doctor for a referral to see a physical therapist who can create a program to help you regain strength on your left side and address your balance issues.

Hello. I am a stroke survivor with left side weakness and balance issues. I currently do cardio through walking and stationary bike(primary). I would like some variety so as not to get bored and add some variety to my exercise routine. T hanks for any suggestions!!
