Who diagnosed your eye injury? Why don't you go back and talk to this specialist and ask them to outline exactly what you can and can't do...

I have to admit that I've never heard anyone say an eye injury is preventing them from exercising...you learn something new every day...

. However, I am not sure if any of them are safe for you to do with your eye injury. It would be best to check with your doctor before doing anything new so you don't cause any further issues with your eye.

I am starting an exercise regimen but I don't have a clue on what to start with. Due to an eye injury, I can't do anything that would put pressure behind my eyes. I pretty much can walk, do wall push ups, etc. What are some chair exercises I could do?

I do not have access to a pool but I know I have to get moving. My endurance is horrible right now. I walk across the parking lot and I am out of breath and my back muscles start aching but I know I need to press on.
