Turbo Jam, Jari Love's dvds, Leslie Sansone's dvds, and Jessica Smiths dvd (it has some kickboxing in it). I was using the walk away the pounds dvds and I will still use them sometimes but my new favorites of Leslie's dvds are the Just Walk featuring hiit in them and the walk it off in 30. I haven't tried her party songs one yet but I loved the radio remix one and the walk it off in 30 when I checked them out at the library. I know I will be getting them soon. My son is going to buy me the radio remix one for mother's day because he knows that I really enjoyed it and I love working out. I also love doing Denise Austin's Hot Body Yoga, and Rodney Yee's hip opener yoga.

30 day shred. Done and over in less than 25 minutes and you feel like you had a workout LOL. I Found it on ExerciseTV back when there was still an ExerciseTV. I didn't even know who Jillian Michaels was because I NEVER watched the Biggest Loser.
Ok, read this board yesterday. Saw that Leslie Sansone dvds are popular. Bought 2 off of Amazon. Then went to the library after work yesterday and checked out the 2 that I bought! I am now able to start them right away while I am waiting for them to come in the mail! Did my first one ever this morning!!!! So HAPPY!!!! Did it!!!! Yay!!!! Thanks guys for making the suggestions on the board!

Have a lot of diverse DVDs that I enjoy, but some days the idea if working out or being stuck inside is just ick, on those days I go yo my 'go to' DVDs, like many of you mine is a Leslie Sansone walking DVD or walk it off with George, It pretty fun. I usually end up adding weighted gloves and a step to add burn and shake it up.
Thank goodness for this topic! I am in a huge rut with my exercise! I hate it. I do enjoy walking, but prefer to do it inside. I get bored outside (believe it or not). I like mall walking or at shopping centers, but don't do it consistently. I just bought 2 Leslie Sansone DVD's and am so excited to get them!!! Thank you to everyone for posting your favorite workout DVD to help me make my decision and inspire me!
When I worked out at home, I loved Zumba DVDs. Now that I live upstairs I don't do that at all. I can't wait to move again and live downstairs or to a rental house so I can start doing Zumba again (October 2014)
I have so many! I really love anything made by beachbody. I think Turbo Jam is probably my all time favorite. I also like to find free videos on youtube and pinterest. Some of my favorite free online places are fitnessblender, and jessica smith tv- you can find them both on youtube. Good stuff!

Somar, click on my Trackers, then my Fitness, it will say 'What did you do today" with the little search engine. Below the search engine in small letters it says 'Enter your own exercise" and when you click on that a menu will pop down enabling you to enter details of your workout.
I found a workout on YouTube I liked for the most part by user name Xhit Daily. It's called Burn 200 Calories in 20 Minutes. Good for a beginner like me. BTW sorry to stick a question in your thread but does anybody know how to add calorie burn credit for workouts that you did elsewhere or on your own? Tried several spark people workouts today and something was causing them not to play so I hit up Youtube but I don't want my spark page to look like I haven't exercised. Tks if anyone knows.
