I too like the Leslie Sansone videos. I still do the Firm too. I feel that the Firm works everything. But since I've been cutting my exercises into several 10 minute intervals each day, I have found a lot of workouts on Youtube and one is Tiffany Rothe and her core videos. They run between 10 - 12 minutes and they really work your core.
It's not a dvd, but I've been in love with Tone It Up's youtube videos! The girls are so happy and the follow alongs are great! And most of the workouts are between 10-20 minutes so you can always finish them!
I have also tried the walk workouts but I find I walk a lot faster and harder on my own. my go toos are turbo jam, turbo fire , hip hop abs a killer abs workout. I like that they have a 4 week plan just get up and press play your day is taken care of. kickboxing rocks!!

When I don't feel doing much, but want a good workout, and now when the weather is gorgeous and I just want to get outside, I go to the Leslie burn body fat 2011. It burns body fat and sculpts your arms. I normally do the 1 and 2 mile, and man is it a great workout. It's fast and strong, and I feel great afterwards.
Now she has some new Dvd's, more modern that I really love, and I'm sure they'll be next as a go to. Walk It Off in 30 days alternates days between cardio and strength for a regular routine if you choose. My fav is the strength with much more modern moves, and a great workout. I love the cardio too, as it has alot of new moves with more fun.

if i am not feeling well or am tired Walking away the pounds . no excuses to not doing at least 1 mile. i own several videos so i have a lot of options to choose. spark videos are also great. som are short so they are easy to add on to a routine.
I have recently fallen in love with Ellen Barrett 's videos. They are low impact and emphasize dynamic stretching as you tone and get cardio benefits as well. I sit at a desk all day and when I do one of her workouts after work, I feel the stress melt away and my energy return.

I have been doing Denise Austin's Pilates Shrink your fat zones. It is a program for 21 days. There are 15 minute segments for your abs/core, thighs, and arms. So far I am on what?? Day 4?? I can see a BIG difference in my abs and I have better form at the exercises!!
But my Favorite Go to DVD would be any walking workout by Jessica Smith. She is Terrific!! I used to be a Leslie Sansone Fan....but now it is ALL ABOUT JESSICA!!
