The previous poster is correct. If you are working the same muscle groups, then you'll want a day of rest in between workouts.

You can do full body ST up to 3x/week or you can do splits more frequently.

I have always heard that you shouldn't exercise the same muscle group (ie, lower body, upper body) two days in a row. I was wondering if that also applies to doing some of these shorter target strength exercises (ie, 9 minute arm and shoulder workout with hand weights here on SP). I don't see anything listed underneath the video of frequency. If I do this every day or at least 4-5x a week, would I risk injuring this area?
