How long have you been using a hula hoop?
I've been trying to hula hoop for a long time, about 6 months. On a good day I can keep it up for 10 seconds at a time which is an improvement from when I started. I am eventually going to get a real hula hoop instead of a weighted hula hoop, which I heard is a lot easier to use.
