Woohoo for isolation exercises! They still won't burn fat from that specific area (hint: spot training doesn't work). M@L has it right. Fat will come off from where your body wants it too, just keep eating right.

Yep... nobody is good at that because it is impossible.
MOTIVATED@LAST explains it well below.
“We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.” ~ Randy Pausch
"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results." ~ Art Turock
"We have a saying in Tibet: If a problem can be solved, there is no use worrying about it. If it can't be solved, worrying will do no good." ~ 7 Years in Tibet
The reason you have never been good at targeting problem areas is that it is impossible to do - you just can't target where you lose weight from. Burning fat is an all-body process. Energy is delivered to the muscles via the bloodstream, NOT from being absorbed from surrounding fat stores. Working the thighs will develop the thigh muscles, but will do absolutely nothing about the overlying layer of fat.
What you can do is to continue to reduce your overall body fat through a combination of cardio, all-body strength training and watching your intake, and some of it will naturally come off the inner thighs.
While the quadriceps are some of the largest and strongest in the body (and thus will burn the most calories), the adductors (inner thigh muscles) are small and difficult to isolate effectively. You are much better off working the whole thigh, than trying to work the adductors alone.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

I've never been good a targeting problem areas, but as I get closer to my goal weight I'm more concerned about toning up problem areas. So if any one has suggestions on toning up my inner thigh area that would be greatly appreciated. I'm always up for trying something new.
