I just found Fitness Blender and love it! Lots of videos without annoying music (so you can listen to your own). You can filter to find workouts by type (strength, yoga, HIIT, etc), difficulty (1-5), time, body focus (upper, lower, etc). And it's FREE.

And click on "search workouts" you can even choose what type of equipment you want to use, like dumbbells, kettlebells, no equipment (body weight), etc. I love it!
Some are pretty advanced, so watch the difficulty level!
