You're welcome! I've looked at a lot of free video sites, but definitely loved Fitness Blender the most. :)

Thanks! Fitness Blender looks great.

I've tried YouTube....there's just too much bad to sift through to find the good.

There are whole channels on Youtube dedicated to body weight strength training progressions. Just search "body weight strength exercises" in Youtube and you will get more videos that you'll know what to do with.

I just found Fitness Blender and love it! Lots of videos without annoying music (so you can listen to your own). You can filter to find workouts by type (strength, yoga, HIIT, etc), difficulty (1-5), time, body focus (upper, lower, etc). And it's FREE.

If you go to this page:
www.fitnessblender.com/v/full-length-worko
uts/?time_min=&time_max=&cal_min=&cal_
max=

And click on "search workouts" you can even choose what type of equipment you want to use, like dumbbells, kettlebells, no equipment (body weight), etc. I love it!

Some are pretty advanced, so watch the difficulty level!

Does anybody know of any websites or videos that have better strength training videos than SP? SP is a great springboard especially if you're new and learning, but I'm interested in kicking it up a notch.

I'm particularly interested in workouts that use body weight and/or dumbbells (my only equipment).
