I am fairly new to running and would like to be a part of a group where I can learn techniques and ways to improve my running. As of right now, I am signed up for 2, 5Ks and have plans to run at least 3 more after that. Next spring I would like to run a 10K, but know that I have still have a great deal of work to do before I reach that point.
With my feet on the ground and my heart attuned, I will reach for the stars (Camp Motto from Camp Crestridge for Girls in NC).
