First, get medical clearance to exercise from your doctor. Then try walking for 1-5 minutes several times a day. Water exercise is good too if you have access to a pool. Also remember that weight loss comes mostly from exercise, so if your eating habits are as good as you say, you should be already seeing some weight loss results.
