You could use resistance bands every day, but if you did, you might not be challenging your muscles to their fullest extent. As ML noted, when we workout, we cause tiny tears in our muscles fibers. This is what is supposed to happen. When we rest, our bodies repair those fibers. Without rest, our muscles don't have a change to repair themselves. If they can't repair, they won't get stronger.
In general, depending on fitness goals, you only need to strength train 1-3 times per week. If you strength trained with the bands for three times, that would give your muscles plenty of time to rest.
Now, if you find that the bands you have don't provide enough challenge, try doubling them up. The bands with the clips work the best because you can clip multiple bands into one handle. Some of those single bands might not provide enough challenge for certain exercises, so try putting two together.

Strength training works by creating microscopic tears in the muscle fibers, which then grow back stronger. But it takes time for this to happen, which is why most experts recommend resting the muscles 48-72 hours between strength training sessions.
It doesn't matter whether you are using bodyweight, machines, free weights or resistance bands to train - your muscle tissue responds the same way to overload.
Bottom line: you should rest your muscles 48 hours between your resistance band sessions.
