I am using the Fitbit Flex. One feature's being able to log ones sleep. The accuracy of this feature is debatable at best and I am not sure I can recommend it yet. As for syncing ability, I often sync with my iPhone at the mall where I walk in thewinter walk during winter and it reminds me towalk another1100 steps tp reach my daily goal. The data sharing between SP and fitbit.com is very convenient as well

I just got my SparkPeople Activity Tracker and like the design (it clips to my shoe or bra easily without drawing attention). BUT, I just saw today that FitBit will sync with my SparkPeople.com account. So I am debating on whether or not to return the Activity Tracker (30-day guarantee) and get a FitBit Flex. Right now I have to be in range of my computer to sync, and I believe (please correct me if I'm wrong) that the FitBit has bluetooth, so I'd be able to sync with my phone as well as computer? Does the FitBit offer more syncable feature with SparkPeople than the Activity Tracker? I would appreciate any feedback.
I'm liking the discrete design of the Activity Tracker (versus a wristband of the FitBit, which has mixed reviews) but like the ability to get the Basal metabolic rate, sleep tracker, etc. Does the FitBit dashboard offer more features that would be beneficial in addition to SparkPeople?
Anyone out there tried both and have a preference?
