Any good exercise program includes BOTH strength training and cardio. You are already ticking the cardio box with C25K, so the next thing to add is some ST, rather than more cardio.
You don't need any equipment for ST - you can get in a great workout using just your own bodyweight for resistance (eg. squats, planks, pushups). Doing them in a slow and controlled manner is more challenging, more effective and safer than doing them as fast as you can.
Yoga does include some elements of ST, although its focus is probably more flexibility than strength.
