Hi, I am new to this site. I have 10 to 15 pounds to lose, including the stubborn little pregnancy pooch on my belly that has yet to go away. (I had my son 1.5 yrs ago) I have little time & this plan looks like something I can do. Anyone else doing this plan or Fitness Blender? I start the plan on Monday.
