When I first started running I used the C25K and found that I needed to do each week 2 and sometimes 3 times before I moved on to the next week in their plan. These are just guidelines and since we are all different and are at different levels of fitness modify them to meet your needs. The first time I started it took me 20 weeks to complete an 8 week plan.

What are the different running plans on sparkpeople? I am trying to find one that's 12 weeks long or a longer version of the c25k. I tried the 8 week one last year and couldn't keep up with running one minute one week to two minutes the next. Something that goes a little it slower and is less intense would be helpful for me. I have tried searching sparkpeople and cant find a lot of info. I also cant remember how to restart a team that I was once on. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
