If you click on "Fitness Setup" next to the date on your fitness tracker you can customize your fitness plan using a number of different measures (cardio, strength training, mileage).
You can also join one of the challenges such as 28 day Bootcamp or Spring into Shape. The challenges give you daily workouts.
