keep at it and you won't need breaks so often. When I first started going to the gym, I took classes and my goal would be to *not* be the first person to take a water break. Pretty soon I could do the whole class without stopping. Now I can run 3+ hours nonstop and my first time working out 14 years ago, I didn't make it 5 minutes before literally blacking out.
also, make sure you start off very low intensity and build up.
