She is the first dvd I used when I started exercising. I started going to Curves and did her dvds on the side for extra. I had a set of her walks, 1, 2 and 3. At first I only did the one milk because I wasn't used to working out. But I built up the the mile 3 and later found her mile 4 and 5.
I still use her dvds actually. Right now I am working out in my hallway with my laptop and space is cramped. I can't do dvds with alot of moves that use too much space. I would be banging into the walls-not that I haven't bumped into the walls already.
But the walking dvds don't take much space and are good for the hallway. I just listen to music while I walk to keep myself interested
I also sometimes jog. If I song is really upbeat I will jog during it. Then maybe the next song will be slower and I will just walk until another fast song. So you can always change the intensity of it as you become fitter.
