You only need to put in a weight if you're lifting a weight (and even t hen, it doesn't change the calculation, just for recordkeeping.) If you don't want to put one in, leave it blank; the value has to be greater than 0 if you put anything in the box.

The units are in whatever you set your default to, so I'm guessing you default to lbs by looking at your tracker so that's how your exercises will track. I think they mean weights you are using, but what I always did was if I was just doing body weight, just put in 0.1 or some trivial number to fool the program.
I don't get it , I put in squats it says sets reps mins okay I get that but weight do they mean my weight ? or if I am using weights ? and if I am not using weights what do I put since it won't accept 0 . , Also is it in lbs or kgs ? .
