I also discovered that I loved running when I started C25k a year and a half ago. Like Zorbs says, you'll have some runs that just feel blech, but for the most part, yep, I think it will always feel pretty darn good when you finish--even the lousy runs, if only because that will mean they're over! :)

And if you're like most runners, you'll find that once you transition to outside, it will feel a billion times better than the treadmill!

You're bound to have crappy runs at some point. But it makes you appreciate the good ones more.

I just started the couch to 5k program. I'm not a runner and have never been a fan of running. However, I find myself really enjoying it so much more than I ever thought I would. I seriously feel fantastic after finishing!

I've been running inside because of the cold. Please tell me it will still leave me feeling fantastic after I transition to running outside on the road! I'm loving this so far!

I think I'll be headed out to find a better sports bra this weekend though!

Stop trying to paddle against the current. Instead, point your boat downstream, put down your oars, and go with the flow. Enjoy life because that's what its all about.
