The fitness tracker no longer has fitness plans in it. You can use the Workout Generator to create a plan and add to your tracker if you'd like. Here's a link:

Hey everyone-So I have been on SP before, left for awhile and now am back at it again. Forgive me if this has been posted before, but I have been searching the site forever and can't find an answer.

Last time I was on the site I seem to remember that I had a fitness plan, just like the meal plan, that gave me a workout schedule and exercises to do several times a week? I can't find it and can't figure out how to set one up? Am I crazy and searching for something that does not exsist? Help!
