We don't have a feature quiet like that. In general, we recommend starting with 20-30 minutes of cardio exercise, 3-4 days a week and a full-body strength training workout twice a week (for about 20 minutes or so).

Hi there. CAn someone please direct me as to where i can find a weekly fitness planner. For example what days to do what body parts and for how long. I really need it as far as motivation and i get so frustrated trying to decide which exersizes im supposed to do that i dont want to do any. So if anyone knows of where i can get this it needs to include the type of exersize how long to do it where i can find the video and the part of the body. Just that simple thanks in advance.
