The sparkpeople app has the fitness tracker integrated in it. You can track strength from there, although I find it tedious and don't track individual exercises. I keep notes, and enter that, then do a generic strength training entry in my fitness tracker.

I use JEFIT. I use the free version, and it has everything I need. It also does not sync to Spark though. I do not know of a strength training app that does that. The app works well on both my iPhone and my husband's Android phone.
